Material in colour can vary from actual as shown in the samples or pictures due to its property of being natural stone and it is not a subject of violation of any commitment. Thickness of tiles and slabs can have variation from +-1% to +-10% as per international standards.
Custom designs in mosaic, ledge stones and handicrafts can be made on the doable material. A written approval for any design is always needed to avoid violation of any copyrights.
Prices are given on FOB, CIF or CFR condition. Prices are subject to confirmation before finalizing the order if ordering in the gap of 20 days or more. Prices are subject to change time to time or according to the fluctuation in the market without any further or prior notice.
The prices given today are valid only for 20 day. After 20 days prices may or may not be changed.

We are dealing in all natural stones originated in India.
All material is firstly packed in corrugated boxes in case of tiles, mosaics and panels. Further material will be packed in sea worthy wooden crates or pallets. Fumigation is done on the request of consignee if it is required in the consignee's country.
Both insurance and fumigation of goods are subject to be done on the request of consignee else not done. Both insurance and fumigation is to be paid by the consignee.
It takes 20 to 25 days usually for production of one 20� container. Delay in production time has to be accepted under natural or sudden circumstances. It should be noted that production starts from the next day of receiving payment or advance payment and thus delivery time starts on the next day of receiving payment or advance payment in bank. The actual transit time from India to consignee�s country is a subject to be confirmed by the shipping line.
Only TT (bank payment) and LC (Letter of Credit) are accepted.
30% payment of total invoice value is to be deposited in our bank under bank payment to confirm the order. Production and delivery time will begin on the next day of receiving payment in the company�s account.rnBalance 70% payment is accepted against copy of B/L (bill of loading). B/L and other documents will be deposited in our multinational Axis bank, Jaipur. Bank will release the documents on behalf of balance.
L/C at sight of 70% payment of total invoice value remittance accepted through our multinational Axis bank, Jaipur. Irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit at sight from prime bank of consignee�s country and confirmed by Axis bank, Jaipur.
All overseas bank expenses to transfer remittance are borne by consignee.
In case of FOB, customs, port charges and sea freight will be borne by consignee. Customs, port charges and sea freight is not included in the prices and is subject to be charged as per the actuals from the consignee's country.
Liability on the goods during transit arises on consignee's part in the case if insurance is done or not done. No tolerance is accepted by us in any case during transit. Damage occurred to the goods before transit is the liability of M/s. Axiom exports and shall be deemed to rectify or pay as per the case.
This contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of India for the time being in force.
The contracted cargo has to be taken to the designated station only. Any change in destination shall be made through a formal agreement to this Agreement and on the mutually agreed terms and conditions.
